Which jobs have you held so far?

I studied sociology – with communication studies and the psychology of advertising as my specialist subjects – in Munich, Bologna and Florence and joined Laika, which is based near Florence, in 2007 after I graduated from university. Initially, I worked for them as a project manager and then later on, in 2012, as their marketing manager. The next great opportunity came along in 2014: marketing and communications manager for the two entry-level brands Carado and Sunlight and later on the launch of our new brand Etrusco. After that, I was responsible for strategy and project management in the "Motorcaravan" division. From September 2017 until mid 2019 I was responsible for the brand Movera. Since August 2019 I am back in Italy as managing direcort of Sales for our premium Brand Laika. I am responsible for sales, marketing, product management and after sales. A great opportunity to apply my diverse experiences.

Was it the right decision to join Laika, a company of the Erwin Hymer Group, after your studies and various agency jobs?

Yes, because since I've been with the Erwin Hymer Group, I have had one exciting job after another. This is possible because there are so many development opportunities within the Group.
