"Explore your way" – the group-wide training concept
Come to the Erwin Hymer Group and you will join around 200 vocational trainees and dual education degree course students. Besides thorough vocational training at your local site, you will also get the chance to explore the broad spectrum of our group of companies thanks to our Group-wide exchange programme, which allows you to get to know some of our other sites.

On our group-wide apprenticeship networking meeting, our business administration and technical apprentices, as well as students of our corporate bachelors program, focus above all on networking with each other, whether during outdoor team activities or joint discussion rounds. In addition, experts from various specialized departments and our management board are happy to take the time to explain their jobs in the Erwin Hymer Group in more detail, and to address any questions and suggestions our young talents may have.
Our training initiative “Explore your way” makes it possible for our apprentices and dual bachelor students to travel, and explore the diversity of our brands and locations. During a self-organized two-week exchange, the hosting student or apprentice give their guest they have been partnered with an insight into their own place of work and training. Visiting various departments, becoming involved in current projects, touring the production facilities and going on regional excursions are all part of the agenda. At the end of every exchange, the experiences gained are presented and summarized:
