What was it in particular that made you decide for Hymer?
Once I had completed my initial vocational training course, I wanted to learn more about business management and gain new experiences in the industrial area. I decided for a dual education degree course at the DHBW mainly because I believe that the way it alternates between theory and practice is perfect for me. I definitely wanted to study with a company that is internationally active as this would offer me different opportunities whilst studying – for instance spending a semester abroad. I have also been interested in camping for quite some time.
After one year with the company, how would you describe the working atmosphere?
In my opinion, it doesn't take long to feel at home in the different departments and the integration into the team works super. The students also get on really well with the vocational trainees and we usually spend our lunch breaks together.

Finally, a tip for people joining the company, please.
