Over fifteen months, we will get you ready to take on a responsible position within our Group and to contribute to our success. Our trainee programme is anything but the norm: we design your programme individually according to your interests and specialist subjects. As a future qualified expert or manager, you will be given responsibility in projects right from the start and contribute your ideas. You will enjoy the support of a mentor with plenty of practical experience who is thoroughly aware of all minor and major issues related to the trainee programme.
The Erwin Hymer Group trainee programme
takes fifteen months to complete,
starts flexibly in the summer and in the winter,
will expand your horizon through four to five different placements, an international placement and the collaboration in international teams,
enjoys a great reputation within the Erwin Hymer Group,
is completed by seminars, networking events, trade fairs, production days and independent project work.

Your profile:
University degree (bachelor's or master's) in a technical or economics subject
Initiative, willingness to perform and goal-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people from all hierarchy levels
Good command of English
Willingness to travel and flexibility as you will work at different Erwin Hymer Group sites
You should be aiming for a specific goal, aware of your own strengths and you should already know which area you would like to specialise in

We value open communication and encourage a team spirit and networking. This is reflected in practical terms by two events which we organise every year with and for our trainees. It gives them a chance to meet and to become involved, for example in a social project. So many of our past trainees have such good memories of their time on the trainee programme that these events are even attended by our "alumni".
